RML3 was the third Routemaster prototype. It has a Weymann body and Leyland engine, and was delivered in 1957.
Modified EFE RM model
The replacement front is made from "Green Stuff", and has been copied from the EFE model of Green Line Routemaster prototype, CRL4.

DeleteI have just seen this on the internet, having just created my version of RML3 nothing like yours as I just put RM3 SLT58 transfers from LBRT onto a red RM2. Would you ever consider making a further replica for sale or selling a pair of RML3 transfers.
ReplyDeleteI have been collecting models of LT buses since I retired 16 years ago and now have 85 in my collection. The one significant model that is missing is the original RML3. Why have LT museum never issued one?
