This model is based on London Transport's first overall advertising bus. RM1737 wore this Silexine Paints livery from August 1969 until September 1970.
After dismantling, the paint was stripped off in a blasting cabinet.
Grey primer was then applied. This was followed by a couple of coats of very pale blue.
Almost everything else has been created using waterslide decals on clear paper. The two Silexine side ads were printed on white decal paper. Driver's mirrors have also been added.
